A portion of Lot 105 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, and Fuller Lane, in the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on map recorded on February 7, 1986 . in Book 51 of
Surveys, at page 51 in the office of the County Recorder of said county, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch rebar and cap labeled LS 3877 being the common corner of Lots 107, 108,
and 109 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract as shown on said map;
Thence, N 28 053'52" W 936.17 feet along the westerly line of said Lot 109 to a 5/8 inch rebar and
cap labeled RCE 12545 on the centerline of Fuller Lane as shown on said map;
Thence, S 65006'58" W 350.54 feet along the centerline of Fuller Lane to the True Point of
Beginning; said point being the intersection of said centerline and the westerly line of the
property conveyed to Lloyd D. Fuller, et ux., by deed recorded October 18, 1948, in Book 480, at
Page 466 of Official Records of said County Recorder.

WISBERG FAMILY TRUST, the WISBERG RESIDUAL TRUST, and the WISBERG
