FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Rarig
Development, a partnership, hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered
Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public street and utilities
Purposes over portions of that certain property described in Document No.57634, filed for record
on December 7, 1978, in the Official Records in the Office of the San Luis Obispo County
Recorder, State of California, described as follows:

Portions of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17 and 35 in Block 187A of the Ingleside Homestead Tract in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the
map thereof filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County on October
11, 1887 in Book A, page 132 of maps, as conveyed to Rarig Development, a partnership, per
deed recorded as Document No. 57634 on Dec 7, 1978 in the office of the .said County
Recorder, as follows:
Parcel l
The westerly 2.134 meters (7 feet) of said Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17.,
Parcel 2
That portion of said Lot 17, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 17, said corner also being the intersection
of the existing Right -of -Way line of Santa Barbara Avenue and High Street; thence, North
89 °32'00" East 2.134 meters (7.00 feet) along said High Street Right -of -Way line to the
"True Point of Beginning" of this description; thence, North 0 °28'00" East 5.182 meters
(17 feet), parallel to the said Santa Barbara Avenue Right -of -Way line, to a point; thence on a
curve tangent to the last said course, concave northeasterly, having a radius of 5.182 meters
(17 feet), through a central angle of 90° and an arc distance of 8.140 meters (26.70 feet),
more or less, to a point,on the aforesaid Right -of -Way line of High Street; thence, along said
right of way line, also being the southerly lot line of said Lot 17, South 89 032'00" West a.
distance of 5.182 meters (17.00 feet), more or less, to the "True Point of Beginning "..

Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 35, said corner also being on the northerly
Right -of -Way line of High Street; thence North 89 °32'00" East a distance of 12.801 meters
(42 feet) along said Right -of -Way line to the "True Point of Beginning" of this description;
thence, North 0 °28'00" East 7.0.10 meters (23 feet), more or less, to the southwesterly line of
the right of way conveyed to the Southern Pacific Railroad by deed recorded on Feb 11, 1891
in Book 9, page 570 of Deeds in the aforesaid County. Recorder; thence, along said railroad
right of way line South 29 °54'30" East 8.230 meters (27 feet), more or less, to the aforesaid
northerly Right -of -Way line of High Street; thence, South-89 °32'00" West 5.087 meters
(16.69 feet) to the "True Point of Beginning ".
