FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, COSTA
DELEON PROPERTIES, a California Corporation, hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis
Obispo, a chartered Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public
street and utilities purposes over a portion of that certain property described in Document No.2000-
025332, filed for record on May 9; 2000, in the Official Records in the Office of the County
Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described as
follows:
Parcel 1: A strip of land being the northwesterly ten (10) feet of said property.
Parcel 2: All that property lying westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the westerly corner of said property; thence, southeasterly along the
southwesterly line of said property having a bearing of S 32 029' E a distance of
14 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence, N 12 °31' E a distance of 5.6 feet
more or less to a point on the southeasterly line of the above described Parcel 1.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by DEED OF EASEMENT
(Sweeney Lane Right -of -Way) dated April 11, 2001, from COSTA DELEON PROPERTIES, a
California Corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded June 15,
1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents'to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
