FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, EVELYN
E. CUNNINGHAM, as Trustee of the Evelyn E. Cunningham Living Trust dated July 23, 1992,
hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation, as
GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public pedestrian and bikeway purposes and for
emergency access and public utilities purposes over the northeasterly 20 ft. of Lot 5, Tram 412
in the City of San Luis Obispo, measured at right angles to its northeasterly lot line, according
to the map filed for record on July 20, 1971 in Book 8 of Maps, at Page 4, in the office of the
County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
