DEED OF EASEMENT
LESLIE L. ADAMS and LUCILLE ADAMS, as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following ease-
ment in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Parcel No. 19. A ten (10) foot easement for sanitary
sewer purposes lying five (5) feet on either side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the North Easterly corner of a parcel of
land conveyed to Leslie L. and Lucille Adams by deed
recorded in Volume 584 at page 489 San Luis Obispo County
Records thence Southerly along the Westerly line of
Chorro Street five (5) feet to true point of beginning;
thence Westerly and parallel to the Northerly line of
said parcel 106 feet more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of ac-
quiring, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing main-
taining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for said
City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in
maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as
near its original condition as possible, including an equal dis-
tribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors, or any
tenant of theirs, from any suits or damages arising from and during
the construction, or by reason of maintaining, repairing or oper-
ating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.

California, that it does hereby accept that cert6in deed of
easement for sanitary sewer purposes, dated August 27, 1551 and
executed by Leslie Le Ada** and Lucille Adams, and that the same
be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San
Luis Obispo, California,
