NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of public sidewalk, per City standards and specifications, as conditioned by Administrative Use Permit 160 -01. I& McCluskey; I am writing regarding the home that we recently purchased at 1780 Conejo Ave. We are planning to do a small addition and update the home and yard. In the process of applying for a Administrative Use Permit (A 160 -01) it ha_ s come to our attention that a sidewalk shall be - installed along the property frontage per City standards. We are requesting a Covenant to defer installation of public improvements. There are several reasons for this request: 1. If you go through the San Luis Dr. area, you'll see that this is a mature , attractive and pristine neighborhood. The few newer sidewalks that have been installed take away from the look and feel that now exists. 2. The yard that we are attempting to use as a model (the Woods property at the comer of Corralitos and Andrews) is a very clean. open look. The present sidewalk requirements would distract from our end goal. 3.
