DEED OF EASEMENT
DOMINICK BRESSI and FRANCES BRESSI,as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following ease-
ment in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Parcel No. 16. A ten (10) foot easement for sanitary
sewer purposes lying five (5) feet on either side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 81
of the Mt. Pleasanton Square Addition to the City
of San Luis Obispo filed for record at page 34,
Volume 3, of Maps, San Luis Obispo County Records
and thence running Easterly along the North line
of said lot 81 twenty -five (25) feet more or less
to a point; thence Southerly and parallel with the
Westerly line of said Lot 81 102.02 feet more or less
to the Southerly line of said lot 81 thence contin-
uing on last described course fifty t50) feet more
or less to a point on the Northerly line of a parcel
of land conveyed to Dominick and Frances Bressi by
deed recorded in Volume 475 page 280 San Luis Obispo
County Records and true point of beginning thence
continuing on last described course fifty 50) feet
more or less, thence South Easterly fifty -five (55)
feet more or less to a ofnt in the Southerly line
of said parcel of lan and end of easement centerline,
said point being thir y -fine (35) feet more or less
from the Southeast corner of said lands of Bressi.
TO HAVE AND TO.HOLD said easement for the purpose of ac-
quiring, constructing, completing, reconstructing; repairing,
maintaining, and ,operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances
for said City together with the right of ingress and egress there-
for.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in
maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to
as near its original condition as possible, including an equal
distribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors, or any
tenant of theirs, from any suits pr damages arising from and during
the construction, or by reason of maintaining, repairing or oper-
ating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their
hands and signatures this 10th day of September 1951.

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain deed of ease-
ment for sanitary sexer purpcges, dated September 10, 1951, and
executed by DOKMC$ BRMI and XWCES BRESSI, and that the same
be recorded in the office of the recorder of the County of Stan
Luis Obispo, California.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the
