This deed covers the south half of Hays St. (within the abandoned Dana Avenue). I am negotiating for the north half also, and expect to acquire that easement within a week or so. Please have the Mayor execute the acceptance certificate, in accordance with the pertinent resolution authorizing the Mayor's acceptance of same, and record the deed.
