BENEFICIARY CONSENT TO GRANT OF EASEMENT
FIRST BANK OF SAN LUIS OBISPO is the Beneficiary under Deed of Trust
dated September 17, 2001, executed by Jules Rogoff and Joanne Rogoff as Trustees of the
Rogoff Living Trust dated June 6, 2001, recorded September 26, 2001 as Document Number
2001 072778 of Official Records in the Office of the Office of the County Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California. The Deed of Trust encumbers the real property described in
the attached deed. As the Beneficiary of the said deed, Beneficiary hereby consents to the
execution and recordation of the deed of easement, and agrees that upon recordation of the deed
of easement, Beneficiary's interests in said real property: (1) shall be subordinate to the deed of
easement.
