DEED OF .,EA,9FMENT
H. 0. WILLIAMS and JOYCE �j &' WILLIAMS, as Grantors, here-
by grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following
easement in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
Parcel No. 10. A strip of land for sanitary
sewer purposes through the property of "H.O.
and Jo ce a* Williams" being the easterly
ten (10T feet of the Southerly 198 feet of
Lot 2 of Tract ¢#11, City of San Luis Obispo,
recorded May 1, 1932, in Volume 5 at Page
30 of Maps, San Luis Obispo County Records.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of ac-
quiring, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing,
maintaining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for
said City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by any in
maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to
near its original condition as possible, including an equal dis-
tribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors, or any
tenant of theirs, from any suits or damages arising from and durir
the construction, or by reason of maintaining, repairing or oper-
ating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors ave hereunto set their
hands and signatures this day of 1951.

FOOTHILL BOULEVARD SANITARY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0, 2
PROJECT NO. 51 -1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain deed of ease -
ment for sanitary sewer purposes, dated September 6th, 1951, and
executed by H. 0. WILLIAMS and JOYCE O. WILLIAMS, and that the same
be recorded in the office of the recorder of the County of San Luis
Obispo, California.
