FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, The City of San Luis Obispo, a political subdivision
in the State of California, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release, remise and forever
quitclaim unto Charles M. Roeder all interest, if any, in that certain real property commonly known as a portion
of Lot 19 of the Orcutt Subdivision according to a map recorded June 22, 1894 in Book I at Page 19 of Surveys,
in the Office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
An easement in the City and County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, for Duncan Road Right of
Way purposes over a portion of said property, recorded as Document Number 2004063308 of Official Records
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
The purpose of this deed is to extinguish all rights ONLY in that certain easement granted in favor of the
City of San Luis Obispo.
