FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Hidden Villa
Lot 13 LLC hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered Municipal Corporation,
as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for emergency vehicle access purposes over a portion of
that certain property described as Lot 13 shown on Sheet 2 of 2 of Tract 1438 as Recorded in Book
15, Page 54 of Maps on December 7, 1989 in the Office of the County Recorder, City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described as follows:

Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 8 as shown on Tract 1438, said point
being on the North line of Sterling Lane; thence through the following courses:

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Deed of Easement
(Emergency Vehicle Access Easement) dated November 3, 2004, from Hidden Villa Lot 13
LLC, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to
authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume
2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
