29, 1.985 in the Office of the County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California described as follows:
The Westerly 30.00 feet, the Northerly 30 feet, together with the Southerly 8.00 feet
of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map CO 84 -054 in the City of San Luis Obispo County of San
