Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement
to maintain, repair, or improve drainage facilities within the northerly 7.5 feet of a portion"
of Lot 15 of the Yoakum Poultry Units as described in a deed recorded on July 31, 2003
as Document Number 2003085144 in the Office of the County Recorder, City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia, together with the general right of
access over driveway and parking areas of said Lot described above.
