NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Public sidewalk along the property frontage as shown as future on the approved building plans for permit #15631. The scope of work may require but is not limited to an ADA upgrade to the existing driveway approach, tree removals, street tree planting, grading, and drainage improvements.
