FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, San.
Luis Obispo Court . Street I ( "Owner") hereby offers to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered
Municipal Corporation, as OFFOREE, an irrevocable easement for public street and utilities
purposes over a. portion of certain property described in that certain Grant Deed, dated as of
October 27, 2003, and recorded in the Official Records of the County of San Luis Obispo on
November 5, 2003, as document number 2003128867 (hereinafter referred to as the "Pro "),
which easement over the Property is more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B"
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR hereunto caused its name to be .subscribed as of
December 15, 2005.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Irrevocable & Perpetual
Offer to Dedicate Street Right of Way (Osos Street right of Way, 999 Monterey Street), dated
December 15, 2005, from San Luis Obispo Court Street I, is hereby accepted by the undersigned
officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984
Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or
his agent.
