COVENANT TO INSTALL PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS UPON REQUEST OF CITY
WHEREAS; the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as, 1867 Fixlini
Street in the City of San Luis Obispo, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the
Public Works Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on said
property conditioned upon execution of a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said
improvements at such time in the future as the city may request same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer
installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Public sidewalk along the Fixlini Street
frontage. Scope of work may include but is not limited to grading, walls, drainage
hnprovements, tree removals, and/or street tree plantings. An ADA sidewalk extension may
be required behind the existing driveway approach or comparable upgrade per city
standards.
The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San
Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written
notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and is described as follows:
County of SLO Fixlini Terrace, Block 1, a portion of Lots 1.1 and 12 as described
in the attached Exhibit A.
2. Assessors Parcel Number: 003 -582 -004
3. Commonly known as 1867 Fixlini
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned owners, their
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

EXHIBIT A
The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of
California, County of San Luis Obispo, and is described as
follows:
That portion of Lots 11 and.12 in Block 1 of Fixlini Terrace, in
the City of San Luis Obispo, in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map recorded September 14, 1888
in Book A, Page 100 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of Fixlini Street
in said City, at its intersection with the line between Lots 9
and 12 in said Block 1 and running thence Southeasterly along the
Southwesterly line of Fixlini Street 50 feet to 'a point; thence
at right angles Southwesterly 100 feet to the Northeast line of
Lot 10 'in Block 1; thence Northwesterly along said line 50 feet
to the line between Lots 8 and it in said Block 1; thence at
right angles Northeasterly along the'line between Lots 8, 9, 11
and 12, 100 feet to the point of beginning.
