FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Ross
E. and Joanne M. Currie hereby GRANT to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered Municipal
Corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public street and utilities purposes over a
portion of that certain property described in a Map Filed for Record on July 27, 1894, at the request
of the West Coast Land Company, in Book A at Page 54 of Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of.San.Luis Obispo;.State of California and described
more particularly as follows:
The Northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 18 in Block 3 of the Central Addition to the City of
San Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, according to the Map-filed July 27, 1894 in Book A at Page 54 of
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
