DEED OF EASEMENT

DAVID M. GRANT and ELINOR.B. GRANT, as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following
easement in the County of.San Luis Obispo, State of California, to
wit:
Parcel No. 5. A ten (10) foot easement for sanitary
sewer purposes lying five (5) feet on either side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of
Tract #60 with the prolongation of,a line twentyy
(20) feet North of the South linecf Cerro Romauldo
Avenue and running West along said prolongation 85.05 feet
more or less to a point; thence South and parallel
with the West line of said Tract #60 to a point five
(5) feet North of the North line of a parcel of land
conveyed to M. C. and Marian J.'Martinsen by deed re-
corded in Volume 335 Page'493 San Luis Obispo County
Records; thence West and parallel with the North line
of Foothill Boulevard 644.12 feet more or less to
the East line of a parcel of land conveyed to David
M. and Elinor B. Grant by deed recorded in Volume
577, Page 336, San Luis Obispo County Records and
the true point of beginning; thence continuing West
and parallel to the North line of Foothill Boulevard
ten (10) feet and being a "part of Section 22, T. 30 S.
R. 12 E. M.D.B. & M.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of acqui-
ing, constructing, completing,_ reconstructing, repairing, maintain-
ing, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for said City,
together w.1th -the right . =of. - ingress- and- egress - - therefor-.._.-
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense,:and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in
maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as
near its original condition as possible, including an equal dis-
tribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors, or any
tenant of theirs, from any suits or damages arising from and during
the construction, or by.reason of maintaining, repairing or oper-
ating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.

FOOTHILL BOULEVARD SANITARY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 51 -1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain deed of ease-
ment fo:" sanitary sewer purposes, dated September 20, 1951, and
executed by DAVID M. GRANT and ELINOR B. GRANT, and that the same
be recorded in the office of the recorder of the County of San
Luis Obispo, California.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th
day of November , 19510 by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
