DEED OF EASEMENT

A. L. FERRINI, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, San Luis Obispo County,
California, as Grantee, the following easement in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Parcel No. 8. A forty (40) foot easement for
sanitary sewer and access roadway purposes lying
twenty (20) feet on either side of the following
described centerline:
Commencing at a point on the Northeast corner of
Lot 6 Block G. Tract ##60, McMillan Manor No. 9,re-
corded October 19, 1950, at page 77, Volume 5 of
Maps, San Luis Obispo County Records, and thence
running East 581.65 feet more or less to a point:
thence Northerly forty .(40) feet more or less to
the.Southerly line of the Charles E. Teach School
lands, thence Westerly along the Southerly line
of the Charles E. Teach School Lands 581% feet
more or less to a point thence southerly forty
(40) feet more or less to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of ac-
quiring, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing,
maintaining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances
and an access roadway for said City, together with the right of
ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall,at its cost and expense „ and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers and an access
roadway, or by Grantee in maintaining, repairing or operating any
sanitary sewer or sewers and an access roadway in said easement,
and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its orig-
inal condition as possible, including an equal distribution of
surface earth, and shall save the Grantor, or any tenant of his,
from any suits or damages arising from and during the construction
or by reason of maintaining, repairing or operating said sanitary
sewer or sewers therein.
