NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. Curb, gutter, and sidewalk, driveway approach, and ADA extension. The installation of said improvements may also include but is not limited to required grading, retaining wall construction, tree removals and replacements, utility relocations or upgrades, and establishment of grade and line by the owner. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
