NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Curb, gutter, and sidewalk, street paving and a driveway approach per city and ADA standards. The scope of required improvements may include grading, retaining walls, drainage, plant removals and street tree planting associated with the street improvements. Grade and line shall be established by the owner or by the owner's agent to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
