DEED OF EASEMENT
CHRISTINA M.. JACOBSON, as Grantor, hereby grants to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, San Luis Obispo
County, California, as Grantee, the following easement in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL NO. 12 A ten (10) foot easement for
sanitary sewer purposes lying five (5) feet on
either side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at a point in the north line of a
parcel of land conveyed to Alexander and Agnes
Taylor by deed recorded in Volume 45, Page 431,
San Luis Obispo County Records, said point being
284.33 feet, more or less, west of the northeast
corner of said parcel of land; and running thence
southerly across said parcel of land, 484.92 feet,
more or less, to the north line of a parcel of
land conveyed to Stanton Y1. and Gladyce I. Forden
by deed recorded in Volume 434, Page 427, San Luis
Obispo County Records, said point being 285.63
feet, more or less, west of the northeast corner
of said parcel of land immediately above referred
to.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of acqui
ing, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing, main-
taining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for said
City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee
in maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewer;
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to
as near its original condition as possible, including an equal dis
tribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantor, or any
tenant of hers, from any suits or damages arising from and during
the construction, or by reason of maintaining, repairing or oper-
ating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.

and signature this 18th.day of October 1951).

RLSOLVED1, by the Clty Council of the City of San Luis Obtspa,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain deed of easement
for sanitary surer purposes, elated October 18, 1951, and executed
by Christina X. Jacobson, and that the same be recorded in the of-
fice of the recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo, California.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the
resolution adopted by the City Counal.l of the City of San Luis
Cblepo, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
