NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. Installation of public sidewalk along the property frontage per city Engineering Standards in effect at the time of construction. i The scope of improvements may include but are not limited to demolition, grading, drainage, plant/tree removals, and replacement street trees.
