NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Public sidewalk along the property frontage. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and retaining walls or curbs.
