DEED OF EASEMENT

JAMES H. BEECHAM and ARMREL BEECHAM, as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following ease•
ment in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit
Parcel No. 4. An eight (8) foot easement for sanitary
sewer purposes lying four (4) feet on either side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 3 (J 18) of
the Jerry Johnson partition recorded in Vol. 20 Deeds,
Page 480 San Luis Obispo County Records and running
Northerly along the West line of said Lot 3, 343 feet
more or less to a point thereon which is the true point
of beginning; thence easterly and parallel to the North
line of Foothill Boulevard 120 feet to a point on the
Easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to James H.
& Armrel Beecham recorded in Vol. 537, Page 554 San Luis
Obispo County Records, being a part of Section 22, T 30
S, R. 12 E. M. D. B. & M.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of acquir-
ing, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing, main-
taining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances,.:for said
City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without
delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time
by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in
maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to
near its original condition as possible, including an equal dis-
tribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors, or any
tenant of theirs, from any suits or damages arising from and.dur-
ing the construction, or by reason of maintaining, repairing or
operating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, California, that It does hereby accept that certain deed of
easement for sanitary sewer purposes, dated September 13th, 1951,
and executed by James H. Beecham and Armrel Beecham, and that the
same be recorded to the of_ *ice of the recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo, California.

adopted by the City Council of the City.of San Luis Dbispo,.Cali-
