FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
James C. Buttery and Jenele Buttery, Trustees of the Buttery Family Trust per
agreement dated October 5, 2001, hereby Grants to the City of San Luis Obispo, a
chartered Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, an irrevocable easement for pedestrian
access purposes over a portion of that certain property described in the Grant Deed
recorded as document number 2004 - 113319 in the Office of the County Recorder, City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described as
follows:
The southeasterly 4.00 feet of the southwesterly 24.40 feet of the northeasterly 27.62
feet of the above described property, and also denoted on Exhibit W

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Deed of Easement, dated
September 13, 2006, from James C. Buttery and Jenele Buttery, Trustees of the Buttery Family
Trust, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to
authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume
2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.
