DEED OF EASEMENT

A. L. FERRINI and HILDA E. FERRINI, as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following ease-
ment in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Parcel No. 7. A ten (10) foot easement for sanitary
sewer purposes lying five (5) feet on either side of
the following described centerline: '
Commencing at the intersection of the West line of
Tract #60 with the prolongation of a line twenty (20)
feet North of the South line of Cerro Rpmauldo Avenue
and running West along said prolongation 85.05 feet
more or less to a point; thence South and parallel
with the West line of Tract #60 to a point five (5)
feet North of the North line of a parcel of land con-
veyed to M. C. and Marian J. Martinson by deed recorded
in Volume 335 Page 493, San Luis Obispo County Records;
thence West and parallel with the North line of Foothill
Boulevard 574.12 feet more or less to the East line of
a parcel of land conveyed to Dave H. and Matilda K.
Condra, by deed recorded in Volume 412 Page 309 San
Luis Obispo County Records beingg'a part of Section
22, T. 30 S., R. 12 E. M.D.B.N.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of acquir-
ing, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing, main -
taining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for said
City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without de-
lay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by
reason--of the laying of said sanitary sewers-or by Grantee in
maintaining, repairing or operating any sanitary sewer or sewers in
said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as
near its original condition as possible, including an equal distrib
ution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors,or any tenant
of theirs., from any suits or damages arising from and during the
construction; or by reason of maintaining, repairing or operating
said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.
