NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of Public curb, gutter, and sidewalk along the property frontage. The scope of work shall include the removal of the existing temporary access driveway in accordance with the project conditions, approved building permit plans, public improvement plans, city Engineering Standards, and Cal Trans standards. The temporary barricade for the southerly driveway shall be removed and access provided in conjunction with the closure of the center drive aisle. A separate encroachment permit will be required from Cal Trans and the City of San Luis Obispo. A parking lot permit will be required from the city Building Division for the onsite parking lot modifications. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals /plantings, irrigation system alterations, and street tree plantings. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 90 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: That parcel of land described in the Grant Deeds recorded as Doc. No.'s 2006087687 and 2006087688 on file in the Office of the County recorder of said county. 2. Assessors Parcel Number: 053 -412 -004 3.
