NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. Public sidewalk upgrades along the Palm Street and Johnson Ave. frontages, the required curb ramp upgrade, and installation of street trees in tree wells. This scope of work was required as a condition of the building - permit for the apartment unit known as 1302 Palm. These improvements were further conditioned with tentative Tract Map 2949. These improvements shall be permitted and installed prior to recordation of said map. Nothing herein would preclude the city from requiring that these improvements be installed at an early date if the proposed map recordation is delayed. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby.covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 90 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: That portion of Lot 4 in Block 42 of the City of San Luis Obispo as described in the Grant Deed recorded as Document No. 2004001482 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said county. 2. Commonly known as 1314 Palm Street in the City of San Luis Obispo This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned owners, their heirs, executors,, administrators, and assigns.
