NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Installing an ADA accessible sidewalk extension behind the existing driveway ramp per City, and ADA Standards in effect at the time that construction is required. The required improvements may.require the owner /applicant to remove or relocate existing site improvements, including but not limited to the existing driveway approach, columns, on -site driveway paving materials and landscaping. The undersigned owners of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to the City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis_ Obispo, County, of San Luis Obispo, State of California; and is de- crified as follows: ' 1.
