SMITH, EVALYN I,•IcKE1EN, HARRY McKEEN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SPIT LUIS OBISPO, a municipal cor- poration, San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, the following easement in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: That part of a portion of Brizzolara's Addition to the Town of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, according to the map thereof recorded in Book A, page 45 of Daps, records of said County, described in the deed to Frank J. Cheda, dated June 6, 1917, and recorded in Book 116 of Deeds at page 82, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Brizzolara Street, as delineated on said Nlap, said point of beginning being a two inch by two inch stake set to mark the northerly corner of the parcel of land described in the deed to R. 0. Cheda, et ux, recorded September 20, 1948 in Volume 490 of Official Records at page 239, records of said County; thence, (1) North 690 38' :Jest, 34.23 feet; thence, (2) from a tangent which bears 'South 190 26' 27" 1. Jest, along a curve to the left, with a radius of 5915 feet, thru an angle of 40 17' 27 ", for a distance of 442.97 feet, thence, (3) South 150 09' ;Pest, 449.00 feet, to an intersection with the Southerly boundary line of the parcel of land described in said deed to Frank J. Cheda; thence (4) along said Southerly boundary line, easterly, 12 feet more or less; thence (5) North 150 09' East to an intersection with the easterly line of Brizzolara 3treet;•thence (6) along said easterly line of Brizzolara Street to the point of beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of acquir- ing, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing, main- taining, and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for said City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor. CHEDA, ET AL BE IT RESOLVED by the-Council-of the City og San Luis Obispo as follows: That that certain Deed of Easement, dated the 15th day of December, 1952, made and executed by FRANK J. CHEDA, et al, and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo a sewer easement over the property therein described be, and the same is,hereby, accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
