THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Offer of Dedication, dated

Exhibit A, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to

The SAN LUIS COASTAL UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the
State of California ( "District "), as the owner of real property located in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and more particularly described on Exhibit A hereto
(the "Property"), hereby makes an irrevocable offer of dedication of the Property to the City of San
Luis Obispo for street purposes.
The City of San Luis Obispo shall incur no liability with respect to this offer of dedication
and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered property or any improvements to the property,
until this offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the City Council.
The provisions of this offer shall inure to the benefit of and" be binding upon the heirs,
successors, assigns, and the personal representatives of the respective parties of the offer.
