GRANT OF EASEMENT
(Sewer Easement)
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Union Pacific
Railroad Company;. a Delaware corporation, ("Grantor"), hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis
Obispo, a chartered Municipal Corporation of the State of California, ( "Grantee "), a non- exclusive
easement for sewer purposes over that certain real property as described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and shown in Exhibit B attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor hereunto caused its name to be subscribed this 24�-L day

Sewer Easement
A portion of that real property within the City of San Luis Obispo, County- of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, described as Parcel 2 per the Lot Line Adjustment LLA/M 164-
06 (SLO AL 06 -0185) recorded on _ A fR i L 21 , Z069- in ac. Vc _ at
2005oz07*'8 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said county
being a strip twenty (20) feet wide lying ten (10) feet on each side of the following
described line:
Beginning (P.O.B.) at the most southerly corner of the property described as Parcel 3 on
Parcel Map SLO 04 -0160 recorded in Book 68 of Parcel Maps at Page 69 set with a 1 -1/2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 7065" per said parcel map; thence northwesterly along the easterly
line of said Parcel 3 a distance of 72.94 feet to a point on the said easterly line, also being
a point on the westerly boundary line of said Lot Line Adjustment Parcel 2, and the
True Point of Beginning (T.P.O.B.); thence
1. leaving said line North 53 °40'42" East a distance of 63.96 feet;
2. thence North 62 011'18" East a distance of 156.03 feet more or less to a point on the
easterly line of said Lot Line Adjustment Parcel 2, also being a point on the westerly
boundary line of said Lot Line Adjustment Parcel 4, a line offset southwesterly 114
