Said encroachment has been conditioned to honor the location of curb, gutter, and sidewalk to be installed in the future. Said encroachment has been further conditioned to install public improvements at such time in the future as the city may request sarrie.' The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, utility relocations, plant removals, tree plantings; sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction. The undersigned owner of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
