GRANT DEED
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
J. W. FISHER and LUr', M FISHER, husband and wife
do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,

page 92 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the county recorder of said county,

Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of said lot 14 that is distant thereon
South 26° 15' West, 180 feet from the northeast corner of said lot 14; (said point
being the southeast corner of the land described in the deed to Victoria Duchi record-

being the northeast corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by John Gudel to
Victoria Duchi by deed dated May 29, 1929 and recorded June 1, 1929 in book 66, page
312 of Official Records, said point also being the most easterly corner of lot 14;
thence leaving said highway North 64° 05' West along the northeasterly line of said
tract deeded by John Gudel to Victoria Duchi. Said line also being the dividing line

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to receive and
record a deed from J. W. FISHER granting to the city of San Luis Obispo
the real property described as follows:

will not be liable for loss or damage created by or
&rising out of any of the following: (a) defects, liens,
claims, encumbrances, or other matters which result in
no pecuniary loss to the insured; (b) defects. liens,
encumbrances, or other matters created or occurring
subsequent to the date hereof; (c) defects, liens.
encumbrances, or other mattem created or suffered by
the insured claiming such lose or damage; or (d)
defects, liens, claims, encumbrhnres, or other matters
existing at the dale of this policy and known to the
insured claiming such lose or damage, either at the
dote of this policy or at the date much insured claim-
ant acquired an elate or interest insured by this policy.
