SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
AND PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
The Undersigned, present Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated October 27,
2006, executed by, Villas At Higuera Limited Partnership, a California limited
partnership, as Trustor and recorded on November 16, 2006, as Instrument No.
2006081565 of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of San Luis
Obispo, California, HEREBY APPOINTS AND SUBSTITUTES THE UNDERSIGNED as the
new and substituted Trustee thereunder in accordance with the terms and provisions contained
therein, whose address is City of San Luis Obispo, 918 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401;
and
As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee hereunder, the undersigned DOES HEREBY
RECONVEY to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty a portion of the
estate granted to Trustee under said Deed of Trust, in and to the portion of the property
described as follows:
All that certain real property situated in the State of California, County of San Luis Obispo, City of San Luis
Obispo, described as follows:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map SLO 06 -0234 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to Map recorded May 16, 2008 in Book 71 at Pages 33 -37 of Parcel Maps.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said Trustee
under the terms thereof. As provided in said Deed of Trust this Partial Reconveyance is made
without affecting the personal liability of any person or the corporate liability of any corporation
for the payment of the indebtedness mentioned as secured thereby or the unpaid portion
thereof, nor shall it affect any rights or obligations of any of the parties of said Deed of Trust.
