Commencing at a 1 inch iron pipe which is the southwest corner of
property conveyed to George L. Christenson by Nellie Penman as des-
cribed in deed recorded in Vol. 565 page 575 of the official records
of the County.of San Luis Obispo, from which a live oak tree 30 inches
in diameter bears N 110451W 150.54 feet distant, thence running N
590451E 320 feet along the City Boundary of the City of San Luis
Obispo as said boundary existed on March 15, 1954, to the true point.,
of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning a strip of
land 5 feet in width on each side of the following described center-
line: from the true point of beginning run B 00151E, 302.16 feet to
a point, thence S 39045'IV 445.36 feet to a point, thence.a circular
area with a radius of 25 feet, the center point of which bears S
390451W a distance of 25.00 feet from the last described point.
It is a condition of this deed that the City of San Luis Obispo
will permit the Grantors to make one livestock water trough connecti
with float valve control, to the pipe line to be installed by said
City along said easement, the City to furnish free of charge to said
Grantors water for said water trough connection for as long as the
City shall exercise the use of said e seine t. ,

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF
EASE2INT FROM CLARA OLGIATTI AND CTHERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows:
That those two certain grant deeds of easement, dated
April 24, 1954, made and executed by Clara Olgiatti and others
conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo easements for water
lines, storage tank and facilitie purposes over or in the land
therein described be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
of San Luis Obispo; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Luis Obispo.-State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June , 1954
by the following vote:
AYES: Nels Beck,Richard E.Gragg, Kenneth W. Jones, Fred H.Lucksinger
