CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a munidapal corporation, the real property
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, described as follows:
The South 10 feet of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 140
of what is called "Slack Tract" in the City of
San Luis Obispo, according to map entitled
"Map of the Subdivisions of the E 112 and the
SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23 and the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township
30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.B. & M." surveyed
by R. R. Harris December, 1874, and filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.

RESOLUTION NO X414 (NEW SERIES)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM
ADA W. HOWES, ET AL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows.-
That that certain grant deed, dated November 15, 1954,
made and executed by Ada W. Howes, Lawrence E. Pearson and
Margaret L. Pearson, Tony M. Hoffman and Dovie J. Hoffman,
Fred W. Johnston, Catherine A. Johnston, Alexander R. Lindquist,
Bertha Lindquist, Jasper J. Blair, Doris E. Blair and Louise
B. Peart conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo certain real
property, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of San
Luis Obispo; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause
said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of tae County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1954,
by the following vote:
AYES: Eels Beck, Paul W. Davis ,Warren G.37dwards, Kenneth W.Jones,
NOES.
