Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map thereof filed in Book 55, Page 9 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, being more particularly described as follows: A 3.048 meter wide strip of land, lying 1.524 meters on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a 1" iron pipe, marked "Cal D.O.T. 59 -Rn, bearing South 610 13,46" West, 3.046 meters from the most southerly comer of said Parcel 3, as shown on said Parcel Map, thence North 61033'46' East, 3.046 meters; thence North 22054'24" West, 5.649 meters, to the True point of beginning; thence North 58 007'09" East, 24.644 meters, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of that Sewer Easement described in Book 1910 at Page 957 of Official Records for the County of San Luis Obispo. The sidelines of said strip is to be lengthened or shortened, as necessary, to meet the Southwesterly boundary of said Parcel 3 and the Southwesterly boundary of said Sewer easement.
