Legal Description
Sewer Easement
Being a portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map SLO 99 -214, in the City of San. Luis.
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map
thereof filed in Book 55, Page 9 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, being more particularly described as follows:
A 3.048 meter wide strip of land, lying 1.524 meters on each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at a 1" iron pipe, marked "Cal D.O.T. 59 -Rn, bearing South 610 13,46"
West, 3.046 meters from the most southerly comer of said Parcel 3, as shown
on said Parcel Map, thence North 61033'46' East, 3.046 meters; thence North
22054'24" West, 5.649 meters, to the True point of beginning; thence North
58 007'09" East, 24.644 meters, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of that
Sewer Easement described in Book 1910 at Page 957 of Official Records for the
County of San Luis Obispo.
The sidelines of said strip is to be lengthened or shortened, as necessary, to
meet the Southwesterly boundary of said Parcel 3 and the Southwesterly
boundary of said Sewer easement.
The above described parcel is graphically shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Reciprical Easement Grant
Deed and Agreement for a sewer line easement, dated November 14, 2003, from Dan M.

on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series),
