page 14 of Record of Surveys, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 22; thence North
360 25t 'Nest, 50.0 feet to the most Southerly corner of the portion
of.said Lots 12 and 22 conveyed to henry H. Diel and wife by the deed
dated August 19, 1941, recorded August 22, 19412 in Book 306, at page
3 of Official Records; thence North 530 35' East, parallel to the
Southeasterly lines of said Lots 22 and 12, and along the South-
easterly line of said Diel parcel, 600 feet, more or less to a point
in the Northeasterly line of said Lot 12; thence South 366 251 East
along said lot line, 50 feet to the most Easterly corner of said
Lot 12; thence South 530 35' ,Pest along the Southeasterly line of
said Lots 12 and 22 to the point of beginning.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM
CECIL G. EVANS AND ALMA EVANS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows:
That that certain grant deed, dated April 24, 1954, made
and executed by Cecil G. Evans and Alma Evans conveying to the
City of San Luis Obispo certain real property, and the same is
hereby accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo; and the City
Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June , 1954
by the following vote:
