COVENANT TO INSTALL PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS-UPON REQUEST OF CITY -
WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as 222 Elks Lane, and
Titles: 1 Pages: -2_

PAID = - $11.00
WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the Public Works
Director from the requirement of installing, certain public improvements on said property conditioned upon execution of
a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said improvements at such time in the future as the city may request
same.
NOW THEREFORE, inconsideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain
public improvements consisting of-
Public improvements-along the entire property frontage. The scope of work shall include pavement widening,
sidewalk, curb and gutter and ADA compliant drive approaches. The scope of work may include but is not
limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and
replacement and/or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction.
The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install
all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo
requesting that said improvements be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described
as follows:
1. Legal: All of lots C & D according to map of the Resubdivision of Lots 58,61,62,63,64 and 65
of the Ranchos Canada' de Los Osos and La Laguna, as surveyed by R.R. Harris in January
1875 and filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying Easterly
of the California State Highway as said highway existed on May 29,1950. Excepting
therefrom that portion of said Lot C as conveyed to Independent Order Odd Fellow, Chorro
Lodge No. 168, by deed dated October 58,1949 and�recorded December 13, 1949 in Book
544 at page 411 of Official Records.
