WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as 390 Lawrence, and

WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the Public Works
Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on. said property conditioned upon execution of
a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said improvements at such time in the future as the city may request
same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain
public improvements consisting of
Public curb, gutter, sidewalk and '/: width of street section along the Meadow Street property frontage. The
scope of work shall include required modifications to the cul- de-sac at the end of Meadow Street and the
connection of Meadow Street to Lawrence Drive. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional
grading, drainage improvements, storm drain improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk
underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction.
The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install
all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 60 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo
requesting that said improvements be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described
as follows:
Legal: Parcel 1 of Parcel Map SLO 94 -119 as recorded in Book 54, Page 22 of County recorders
office in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
Assessors Parcel Number: 004 - 931 -053
Commonly known as 390 Lawrence Drive, San Luis Obispo, CA
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned owners, their heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns.
