NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. Installing a monument sign for the Prefumo Creeks Common commercial development on said property at relocated location as shown on the attached exhibit The required improvements may require the owner /applicant to remove and relocate existing site improvements including but not limited to site landscaping and irrigation, and site lighting for said monument sign. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to commence the installation of all of said improvements upon 60 days written notice ( "Commencement Notice ") from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed, and thereafter diligently pursue the installation of such improvements to completion, all without cost to City. Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary herein, in the event that the undersigned or any successor -in- interest conveys all of its interest in the above - described property prior to the City's delivery of a Commencement Notice, then such party shall, upon such conveyance, be forever relieved of all of its obligations, liabilities and responsibilities under this Covenant to Relocate Monument Sign upon Request of City.
