BENEFICIARY CONSENT TO CONVEYANCE OF GRANT DEED
Founders Community Bank is a Beneficiary under Deed of Trust dated. February 12, 2007, executed by
Ocean Park Hotels CVP LLC , recorded February 16, 2007, as Instrument Number
2007 -10608 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California. The Deed of Trust encumbers the real property described in the attached deed. As the
Beneficiary of the said deeds, Beneficiary hereby consents to the execution and recordation of the deed,
and agrees that upon recordation of the deed, Beneficiary's interests in said real property shall be
subordinate to the deed.
