SAFEWAY STORES, INCORPORATED, a Maryland corporation, hereby
dedicates for street purposes to the City of San Luis Obispo, a
municipal corporation, the following described real property:
All that portion of "Central Addition to the City of
San Luis Obispo ", in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the revised map thereof recorded July 27,
1894 in Book A. page 54 of Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeast
line of Marsh Street with the Northeast line of
Toro Street as shown on said map; thence South
590 401 57" East 125.28 feet to a point; thence
South 42° 591 East parallel with Toro Street 80
feet to a point; thence South 360 19t 44" East
1$1.22 feet to a point; thence South 47° It West
15 feet to a point in the Northeast line of
Toro Street; thence North 420 59t West along the
Northeast line of Toro Street 380 feet to the
point of beginning.
SUBJECTTD: (1) Current taxes not yet delinquent.
(2) Easements, restrictions, reserva-
tions, conditions, covenants, and
rights of way, if any, as are of
record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Safeway Stores, Incorporated, a Maryland
corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
appointed officers and to be sealed with the seal of said corpo-
ration at Oakland, California, this 26th day of April , 1955.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK
TO ACCEPT AND RECORD DEED OF REAL
PROPERTY FROM SAFENAY STORES,
INCORPORATED.

Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to re-
ceive and record a deed from SA3ZWAY STORES, INCORPORATED, granting
to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property described as follows:
All that portion of Blocks 11 and 17 of the
Central Addition to the.City of San Luis
Obispo,-according to nap filed for record
July 27, 1894 in the Official Records of
said County, along with that portion of
Pacific Street as shown on said snap, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of
said Block 11; thence S 590 40' 57P1 E
125.28 feet; thence S 420 591,E 80 feet;
thence S 360 19f 44" E 181.2V feet; thence
S 470 Ol' W 15 feet to a point in the
southwesterly line of said Block 17; thence
N 420 59' W 380 feet along the southwesterly
lines of said.Blocks 17 and 11 380 feet to
the point of beginning.
