public utilities purposes, for public use and the benefit of the public utility companies, over a

California, according to map recorded August 17, 1923 in book page 32 of Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said county, described as follows and as shown on Exhibit B -1 attached hereto:
Beginning at a 2 "x2" redwood stake with tag "RCE 7720" at the southwest corner of the property
described in deed recorded in book 1391 at page 146 of Official Records deeded from Marjorie Monell
to Ellwood M. Stone and Frances B. Stone, and as shown on the Record of Survey recorded in book 21 at
page 16 of Record of Surveys in said County, also being a brass tag per Tract 2990,•
1. Thence North 04 °26'13" East along the west line of said property a distance of 8.00 feet;
2. Thence leaving said west line South 42 °04'50" East, a distance of 11.01 feet to the northerly right of
way of Lawrence Drive, as shown on said map;
3. Thence North 88 °35'52" West along said right of way, a distance of 8.00 feet, to the True Point of
Beginning.
