A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO
ACCEPT AND RECORD DEED OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM NORBERT A. VOLNY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
receive and record a deed from NORBERT A. VOLNY, granting to the
City of San Luis Obispo the real property described as follows:

Lot 23, Tract No. 11, according to
Map recorded May 7; 1932 in Book 5,
