A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO
ACCEPT AND RECORD DEED OF _REAL PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows.1
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
receive and record a deed from ALBERT H. 14ELSON and ELIZABETH
NELSON, granting to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property
described as follows:
The North 50 feet of the South 165 feet
of Lot 29, Tract No. 11, according to
map recorded May 7, 1932 in Book 5, at
Page 30 of itnaps.
