A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO
ACCEPT AND RECORD DEED OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM RALPH PQ. VORHIES AND SYLVIA VORHIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
receive and record a deed from RALPH M. VORHIES and SYLVIA VORHIES,
granting to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property described
as follows:
A strip of land 25 feet wide on each side of
a center line described as follows:- Begin-
ning at the East Lot line of Lot 30, at a
point 140 feet distant North from the South
lot line of said lot; thence ?Nest 55.25 Feet
to a point; thence the area encompassed by a
3600 circle with a 40 foot radius, the afore-
mentioned point being the radius point,.all
in Tract No. 11, according to map recorded'
May 7, 1932, in Book 5, at Page 30 of Maps.
Also a 10 foot easement for a water line,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of-lot
